SPIRITUS Ministries invites other diocesan Totus Tuus mission teams to train with us.

*optional day includes trip to Shrine of Our Lady of Champion and an afternoon at a Ropes Course
Cost:
$450 per missionary
$400 Team Fee
$450 per coordinator (prorated based on number of days attending)
$50 estimated cost per missionary for Optional Day
11 Days of Training Includes:

Theological formation on the curriculum topics by area priests, religious, deacons and lay persons. All formators have Masters degrees.

Teaching strategies: classroom management, small group facilitation, creating safe environments, lesson planning, working with young children, witnessing and more.

Human Formation: temperaments, conflict resolution, communication skills, team building, working with parish volunteers, etc.

Fun: games, activities, songs, skits, etc.

Practice teaching and full day run through with feedback and encouragement.
Our training prepares missionaries spiritually and equips them with the tools they need to facilitate a successful program.
